The Black Action Group (BAG) was part of the early Zabalaza Anarchist Communist Federation (ZACF,  later the Zabalaza Anarchist Communist Front), and was based in Motsoaledi, Soweto. It would be central to the ZACF-linked Phambili Motsoaledi Community Project.
