This leaflet below, with its anarchist insignia, was produced for the launch of the Motsoaledi Concerned Residents group, in the Motsoaledi squatter camp in Soweto in early 2005. The MCR would affiliate to the Anti-Privatisation Forum (APF), a coalition of left groups and similar township/ neighbourhood groups. Members of the Phambile Motsoaledi Community Project and the Zabalaza Anarchist Communist Federation (now Front) (ZACF), of which more here were the moving spirits. For various reasons, the MCR moved out of the ZACF orbit and to a leadership with an eye on winning municipal elections. It is by some reports still active today.
